Bore Polishing
We can polish the bore surface of pipes 0.1 mm or greater in bore diameter. Bore surface roughness is Ra 0.01 minimal, and length is up to 700 mm (or 300 mm for a bore of 0.1 mm in diameter and Ra0.01). Bore taper finishing and nozzle reducing processing, which require special expertise, are also available. Bore polishing is not limited to SUS stainless steel products. We can also polish the bore of products made from titanium materials, such as pure titanium, 64 titanium and beta titanium, which require special expertise in handling.

Swaged Pipes

A swaged pipe is subject to waving during processing because the part where the diameter is reduced tends to be thick in wall, deteriorating bore diameter surface roughness. Futaku's original technology realizes thin thickness and improved surface roughness in the part.
The bore surface is polished, minimizing contamination, enabling precise, stable data collection and realizing advanced analysis in medical instruments and analyzers.
Mirror finishing
Due to its sealing performance, the mirror finishing process is suitable for a part of joint area, welding area, or sealing area. The mirror finishing uses diamond powder which is several micrometers size and special lubricant oil.
We also perfectly cantrol the data such as the timing of replacing spcial polising pads or expendable supplies, and supplying diamond powder.

We produce tubes made from SUS, titanium alloy (Pure, 64, and beta-titanium alloy) of the minimal dimensions of 2.0 mm in outside diameter, 0.3 mm in bore diameter, and 2000 mm in pipe lengths.
