The needle pipe end is designed to prevent the ingress of rubber scum: The end is joined with a cylindrical material, connected with a side hole.
When the side hole is angled, suction from near the needle end is possible, so that test substances and specimens can be sampled efficiently.
This needle end processing is available for various materials, including titanium, stainless steel, and Hastelloy. Pipe bore surface grinding and other needle end shapes are available to order.
