In 2010, powered by size AA rechargeable EVOLTA batteries, Mr. EVOLTA attempted a 500 km run between Tokyo and Kyoto, while being recharged once a day, and completed the trial successfully.
Mr. EVOLTA was developed by Mr. Tomotaka Takahashi(ROBO-GARAGEePresident), a robot creator and the CEO of Robot Garage Co., Ltd. Mr. Tomotaka has been involved in the robot project since the first trial. He visited us last year.
Mr. EVOLTA, who completed the long run, incorporates our beta-titanium tube. Our technologies supported his successful run, behind the scenes.
