Futaku Seisakusho Co., Ltd. established.
Sep. 1975
Futaku Seisakusho Kabushiki Kaisha merged with Futaku Seisakusho Ltd. and was renamed as Futaku Precision Machinery Industry Company.

The Second Sonobe Plant was established.
