Q1 What kind of information will be necessary for the order including designing?
A1 The final product can be produced even based on your handwriting drawing or caricature.
In case of no drawings, creating the drawing by measuring a sample product you provide is also possible.
Q2What kind of products have you designed?
A2We have a lot of experiences in design of a wide range of products including multifunctional nozzle products, minute medical treatment devices, and optical devices containing lens.
Q3What kinds of CAD data formats are acceptable for manufacturing?
A3STEP, IGES, DXF, or DWG is the exchangeable format of CAD data for us, since we are using SOLIDWORKS for three-dimensional design and AUTOCAD for two-dimensional design. Drawings in PDF are also acceptable.
Q4What is the minimum order quantity for machining?
A4The MOQ is 1 with the payment at the time of ordering.
We accept from a rush order for a prototype to a volume production.
Q5Do you accept the manufacturing order with a self-sourced special material?
A5 Yes, we have long experience in handling special materials such as Nitinol, cobalt alloy, Hastelloy,
and Inconel. Ceramics or resins can be also processed.
Q6Do you accept the manufacturing order with a customer supplied material?
A6 Yes. Please contact us for more detail.
Q7Is assembly or surface treatment available as optional process?
A7Yes, we can process surface treatments such as plating, coating, or hardening. Our manufacturing process covers procurement, assembly and final inspections as well as machining.

Q9 Can you export your products or do business with an overseas company?
A9Yes, we are now doing business with many overseas companies in Europe, US, China, and other Asian countries.
Q10Do you have a meeting via a web-conference system or a remote-conference system?
A10Yes, a remote-conference is available. Zoom or Teams are often used for this purpose.
Q11Are you willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
A11Yes, we often sign an NDA before exchanging technical information for securing the client’s security protection.
