Adoption by Prefectural Grant System to Promote Female Advancement

We were adopted by Kyoto prefectural grant system to promote female advancement.

The grant system helps companies which aim at supporting female employees so that they can maximize their potential and cherish diverse individualities.
It is supposed to encourage female employees to live energetically at workplace, at home, and in the community.

We make company-wide efforts to develop the educational system in which female employees can improve their skills and play a leading role as a manager in the future.
Accompanying the adoption, we will keep emphasizing on supporting women’s activities more than ever before.
