This video demonstrates a femtosecond laser machine, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and laser microscope. This laser processing generates much less thermal effect to various materials using ultrashort pulse. Small hole making on a polyimide film and making ultra-thin groove on a SUS sheet are shown in the video.
