Metal Needle (β-titanium needle with lure-lock)
The material of a needle part is a seamless pipe of titanium-alloy DAT51 (Ti-22V-4AL).
β-titanium has higher corrosion-resistivity and rigidity than SUS, and non-magnetization property.
The Minimum inner-surface roughness is about 0.1 μm (Ra 0.1), resulting less flow resistance and excellent liquid draining.
Lure lock part is made of pure titanium, and the standard length of needle part is 13 mm.
Standard size for metal needle (Minimum order quantity is ten.)
Customization in material, length, tip shape, and other optional is available.

Laser welding for needle and lure lock
The needle is fixed by welding around the needle after inserted in the lure lock.
Inside of lure lock
No gaps between the needle and the hole of the lure lock for minimizing solution residue.
The gauge size is marked on the lure lock.
The gauge size is marked by laser.
